Myles Jay Weathers

I am a 26 year-old hooper born and raised in Port St. Lucie, Florida. I’ve been playing basketball since I was 10 years old and been in love with the game ever since. I played all 4 years of high school on varsity and competed at a high level on the AAU travel ball circuit for many years. I was one of the top guards in the St. Lucie County area, and was chosen as an All-Star my senior year of high school, despite not playing in the All-Star game due to personal reasons.

I moved to Jacksonville, Florida with my wife Alexis shortly after I graduated high school to pursue a higher level of education while working a full-time job and training on the side. We both ended up graduating from Florida State College at Jacksonville with our Associates degree in Business Administration. I started Ready To Grow, LLC a couple months after getting my degree, and now, I am living my passion for helping the younger generation of athletes grow on and off the basketball court.

The mission of RTG is to provide basketball skills training and mentorship to help athletes of all ages become the best version of themselves on and off the court, with a vision that they will use the knowledge they learn from us, as well as the lessons from basketball, and apply it to their everyday lives.
